1. Overview
This Refund & Return Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms governing returns, replacements, and reimbursements for purchases made from Merchy, a brand owned and operated by Bluglacier Marketing Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By purchasing from Merchy, you (“Customer”, “you”, “your”) agree to the terms stated herein. This Policy is governed by the laws of India.
2. No Returns or Refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or cancellations once an order has been successfully placed and delivered. No refunds are provided under any circumstances, except where required by applicable Indian consumer law.
3. Damaged or Defective Products (Replacement Only)
If a product is received in a damaged or defective condition, the Customer is eligible for a replacement only. No monetary refund will be issued.
To initiate a replacement request, the Customer must:
- Raise the request within 48 hours of delivery; and
- Provide clear photographic or video evidence showing the damage/defect; and
- Retain the product in its original packaging (including tags, labels, and accessories) until verification is complete.
Upon approval, a replacement of the same product (or a similar product of equal value if unavailable) will be dispatched at no additional cost.
4. Return Shipping for Damaged Products
- The Customer must return the item via self-shipment after receiving authorization from our support team.
- The Company will reimburse up to ₹70 (Rupees Seventy Only) towards return courier charges.
- Reimbursement will be processed via UPI transfer after the returned product is received, inspected, and approved at our designated return address.
- The Customer must provide valid courier proof and accurate UPI details to enable reimbursement.
5. Ineligibility for Replacement
A replacement request will be rejected if any of the following apply:
- The request is raised after 48 hours of delivery.
- The product is used, altered, or not in its original condition/packaging.
- Sufficient photo/video evidence of damage/defect is not provided.
- The product is returned without prior written authorization from our support team.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Policy shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts located in Agra, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Policy.
