Return and Exchange Policy
We want you to love what you order. Since our products are made and packed with care, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order is delivered successfully.
Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged, we’ll replace it — no extra charge. Just make sure to:
- Raise a replacement request within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photo or video evidence showing the damage.
- Keep the product and packaging as received until verification is complete.
Return Shipping (For Damaged Items Only)
- Return shipping is via self-shipment only.
- We’ll reimburse up to ₹70 for your courier charges once we receive and inspect the returned product.
- Reimbursement will be processed only after successful receipt and approval.
Not Eligible for Replacement
- Requests made after 48 hours of delivery.
- Products that have been used, altered, or are not in their original condition.
- No valid photo or video proof of damage provided.
