This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) governs the processing, dispatch, and delivery of products sold through Merchy, a brand owned and operated by Bluglacier Marketing Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By placing an order on our platform, you (“Customer”, “you”, “your”) agree to the terms stated herein.
2. Order Processing
- All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days from the date of purchase.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
- Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via SMS or email with tracking details.
3. Delivery Timelines
- Delivery is handled by our trusted third-party logistics partners.
- Standard delivery timelines range between 2–7 business days, depending on your location and courier availability.
- Delays may occur due to logistical constraints, weather conditions, or regional restrictions. We will make every effort to ensure timely delivery.
4. Shipping and COD Charges
- Shipping is free for all prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
- For COD orders, delivery partners may collect a COD fulfilment charge of ₹40–₹50 directly from the customer at the time of delivery.
- This charge is levied by the delivery partner and not retained by Merchy or Bluglacier Marketing Private Limited.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and link via SMS or email. You can track your shipment in real-time using this link. If you experience any tracking issues, please contact our support team for assistance.
6. Delivery Attempts
- Our delivery partners will make up to two delivery attempts.
- If the customer is unavailable or the address is incorrect, the parcel will be returned to the sender.
- Re-delivery, if applicable, may incur additional charges, which must be borne by the customer.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are complete and accurate. The Company will not be held responsible for delays, lost shipments, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
8. Damaged Packages
If your package appears damaged, tampered with, or opened upon delivery:
- Take clear photos or videos of the package before opening it.
- Contact our support team immediately for verification and resolution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
9. International Shipping
Currently, Merchy ships only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
